Talentrackr™ builds technology that transforms the connected experiences of recruiters, managers, employees, and candidates with a relentless focus on innovation, design, and analytics.

Talentrackr™ Technologies Private Limited was launched in India in 2009 and under the flagship talent transformation platform – Talentrackr™ – was introduced to the United States in 2013. Our executive team has over 25 years of experience in the talent acquisition and transformation global marketplace. We know all too well about the challenges recruiters face daily.

With multiple offices in India – Pune & Hyderabad – and in the United States, we work closely with our clients to ensure exceptional customer service and support. With the launch of the next generation Talentrackr™ B2B SaaS product in 2014, we will be further expanding sales and support offices throughout the world.

We focus on giving our customers easy to use, low-cost technology to insure they hire the best candidates before their competitors.

Phil London CPA has managed London & Co. for over 25 years providing a full range of accountancy services including tax, audit, and business management. Mr. London is a principal of PJ Partnership, provided all funding to Talentrackr since inception and manages all global financial issues.

Paul Silverstein

President & Founder

Paul Silverstein is a serial entrepreneur with over 20 years of global experience building technology firms. Living in India since 2011, Paul has comprehensive understanding of the Indian marketplace and has developed high-level technical and sales teams economically.  While launching Talentrackr, he has managed a conglomerate of recruitment consultancies in the United States for five years. Previously he founded, grew and led GTS, one of the pioneer prepaid telecommunication companies in the USA, public on NASDAQ.

Evan Davis

CTO & Founder

Evan Davis has worked closely with Paul Silverstein at the recruitment company conglomerate in the United States for over seven years providing technology solutions. Evan graduated from New York University with a BS Computer Science in 2007 and joined Talentrackr at inception. He is the principal architect of Talentrackr and oversees all aspects of product design and client support in India. Evan has a deep interest in modern Machine Learning techniques and is currently developing proprietary talent acquisition predictive models as a core feature of the product.
